Jeff shared the 2013 Matter of the Year Award from the Global Competition Review for his representation of Google, Inc. before the Federal Trade Commission. He was part of the legal team that represented Netflix before the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission in successfully urging that the government block the proposed merger between Comcast and Time Warner Cable.
